Session Formats

Two ways to learn. One continuous journey.

Caplenorio offers both group sessions and individual guidance. Each format serves a different purpose, and many participants find that combining them creates the richest learning experience.

Choose the format that works for you

Group Workshops

Our group workshops bring together small groups of participants to explore personal development topics through structured activities, facilitated discussion and peer reflection. The group dynamic itself is a key part of the learning.

Each workshop focuses on one of our three core themes: self-confidence, decision-making or emotional intelligence. Sessions are designed to be engaging and participatory, not lecture-based.

Individual Guidance

Individual sessions offer a private, focused space to work through your personal development goals with undivided attention. These sessions are tailored to your specific situation, questions and pace.

They work well both as a standalone option and as a complement to group workshop participation. Some participants use individual sessions to prepare for group work; others use them to deepen what emerged in a group.

A structured, supportive environment

Sessions at Caplenorio are carefully designed to balance structure with flexibility. There is always a clear arc to each session, but facilitators adapt to what the group or individual needs in the moment.

You will not be put on the spot or asked to share more than you are comfortable with. The pace is considered. Learning happens through engagement, not pressure.

Your path through a programme

1

Initial Conversation

We begin with a brief conversation to understand what you are looking for and to help you identify which sessions or programmes might be a good fit. No commitment required at this stage.

2

First Session

Your first session introduces the theme and the group or individual format. It is designed to be accessible and to give you a clear sense of how the programme works before you commit further.

3

Ongoing Sessions

Subsequent sessions build progressively on what came before. Between sessions, practice materials support reflection and help you integrate what you are learning into daily life.

4

Continued Development

After completing a programme, participants can continue with additional workshops, individual sessions or new themes. Development is ongoing, and we are here to support it at whatever pace suits you.
